Balance in rest and labor

We must have balance in our rest and labor. Some people have no rest at all. They work all day. They come home and read the paper, listen to the news, fight or play with their partners, and go to bed with worries, anxieties, problems, and various urges and drives. Sleep is not necessarily a state of rest for such people but a time of bad dreams and bad memories, a time in which their conscience bothers them. They fall asleep, but they cannot draw substantial benefit out of it.
