"The most essential”

When you start talking, watch yourself whether you are saying the most essential or you are filling space with trash. This is very important because eventually, as you are climbing the spiritual mountain and you are going toward the summit, you must be freer and freer. Our aura is full of emotions that are not needed. There are numerous worries that eat our brain. They are not needed. The Teaching advises that we must eventually get rid of everything that is not the Self. We must choose the most essential emotions, thoughts, and actions.

That is why the Teaching many times repeats the phrase, “the most essential.” The nonessentials are like weeds on your path. They do not let you progress. They hang on you. They block your mind. They build lots of karma around you, and that is why eventually we are going to work with the most essential in every aspect of our life.

We relate to each other with nonessentials and eventually we become nonessentials for each other. Nonessentials waste our energy, time, and create karma. Our civilization and culture, our economy, our self-interest force people to pump nonessentials into us because nonessentials make business, make money for them.
