Try to be graceful

Gracefulness creates bridges between people. It is magnetic. It evokes the beauty, the goodness, the talents, the hidden potentials in the people and brings them out.

Sometimes when you speak with your wife, with your children, with your friends, ask yourself, "Am I graceful or not," because people think that if you are tough and brutal, you are man, you have strength. It is just the contrary. The most powerful man is so graceful. I know from my Teachers. They were sometimes six, seven feet tall. They were so powerful physically, emotionally mentally, and they were so graceful in their movements, in their speech, in their voice.

Gracefulness channels healing energy to other people and into your aura. Try not to be "macho." Try to be graceful. One day a family came to me. The husband and wife hated each other. Eventually I solved their problems and then the man said to his wife, "Come here." He pulled his wife over and gave her a rough hug. I said, "What are you doing?" "That is my way to show love." "But look at your wife. You squeezed her to death. Be a little graceful." Gracefulness brings out the fragrance from other people. Gracefulness brings out the fragrance hidden in other people.

Try to be graceful. It is very difficult for some people to be graceful. Those who have difficulty in being graceful, think about gracefulness and watch your actions. See how beautiful you will feel, how healthy you will feel, and this is not exaggeration.
