Silence, for love to last

Silence is where the deepest feelings and emotions are expressed, which is why only the people who truly love each other know what silence is. The strength of their feeling brings them inexpressible fulfillment and they live a life of the greatest intensity without there being any need for words.

Unfortunately, more often than not, love does not last. People are unable to make it last and so, the silence that comes to reign between them is one of indifference, estrangement, or even hatred. Why? Because their love for each other was selfish and limited. They focused solely on each other, they immediately gave each other the best they possessed and in so doing, rapidly exhausted their inner riches.

If you want your love to last you must see to it that you renew yourself by seeking to acquire new riches, new beauty and new light every day.
