Your face is the reflection and summary of the qualities and faults you have nurtured in your previous incarnations and which are now imprinted on it. If you are not happy with this face, there is nothing much you can do about it at this point, so don't be concerned about it. Instead, look after your other face, your inner face which makes the outer face what it is. Although no one around you may notice, as soon as you consciously improve your inner face the angels take notice and you receive their blessings. Your physical face will not change immediately, of course, but after a while it will yield under the influence of this other face, for the face of the soul is powerful, and eventually it imposes its features.
