A physician once complained to me that if he talked too much to his patients during the day, he felt exhausted. He wondered what he could do about it and if it was a result of his own congestion. I told him that any time a person makes a stupid joke, lies, exaggerates, belittles, insults, shouts, or gets angry or emotional, he distorts the network of the etheric body; and the energy does not circulate.
